Could not invert flexibility

    Dear all, I’m using OpenSees Navigator 2.5.6. I’ve built a model of a multi-stories structure in RC with ForceBeamColumn Element.  The problem arises when I try to run the analysis. The error displayed is:

     

    ForceBeamColumn3d::update() — could not invert flexibility

    Do you know where the problem may be? I would be very grateful for any help.

    There must be something wrong with your model definition.  Please carefully check your model, otherwise get help with this problem on the OpenSees user forum.

    Hello Rafrefa,

    Which software you use for pre- or post- processing, i mean Build X or GID. In Build  X , i also face same problem.

    i’m also doing master research work on this opensees software.

    So, if you solve out this problem then please guide me.

    And it is possible then give me your contact detail
