    Hi,
my objective is to do a dynamic analysis of a simple rigid frame under a displacement time history applied at its top. I want to record the force history applied to follow the displacement command. My objective is to compare the results with the force measurement of an hydraulic cylinder during an experimental test.
I currently use a Multiple-Support pattern with the imposedMotion command. I apply the displacement time history, velocity time history and acceleration time history at the top of my frame. I record the reactions at my support nodes to get the force time history. However, the force that I record seems to ignore the damping and inertial forces in my analysis.
I was wondering how to record the forces with the damping and inertial forces.
    Sincerely
