UniformExcitation load Pattern problem

trying to run a Transient analysis case (for an earthquake rxcitation, such as 5nd example of this helpful webpage) after writing OpenSees input files and running OpenSees we confront this error message:

” WARNING – error reading load pattern information in { } ”

this problem solved by assigning empty value for Scale Factor(factor) in defining uniform excitation load pattern.

i think there is no need to define scale factor for uniform excitation in load pattern define environment, because in defining time series there is a scale factor in there .
